BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (Nov. 25, 2025) — Ruben Diza Agbayani, 81, has died following a collision back in November while riding a bicycle on Belle Terrace, just west of Butler Road in Bakersfield.
The Kern County Coroner’s Office recently identified the elderly man who was hit around 8:40 a.m. on Nov. 17th and died several days later on Nov. 22nd at Kern Medical Center.
It’s unknown what led up to the traffic accident or if any arrests were made.
