OPHELIA YOUNG HAS A LOOK AT OUR FORECAST. AMELIA. YOU KNOW, THE SUN COMES UP, IT GETS COLDER. BUT BUT THE ENERGY OUT HERE WARMS EVERYBODY UP. YES. AND I LIKE THAT YOU GUYS ARE BUNDLED UP IN YOUR JACKETS AND YOUR BEANIES. AS I’M LOOKING AT SOME OF THE FOLKS BEHIND YOU THOUGH, THEY’RE BRAVE. THEY’RE WEARING SHORTS. I SAW ONE GUY THAT WAS JUST WEARING A TANK TOP, BUT IT’S CHILLY. AND YES, THAT CLOUD LAYER IS THERE. IT IS SITTING A LITTLE BIT FURTHER UP IN THE ATMOSPHERE ABOVE OUR HEADS, BUT YOU CAN SEE IT FROM SOME OF OUR CAMERAS, THIS ONE FROM RANCHO CORDOVA. THE SAME WEATHER IS GOING TO STAY IN PLACE AS THE RACE STARTS. THE 10-K AT 815 TEMPERATURE AT THE TIME, AROUND 45 DEGREES. AS THE FIVE K STARTS AT 9:00, THOSE CLOUDS SHOULD BE EVEN A LITTLE BIT HIGHER, AND SO SHOULD THAT TEMPERATURE AT 46 DEGREES. AND AS THAT RACE COMES TO THE END, PARTLY CLOUDY SKIES, COOL. AND WE’LL BY THEN GET READY TO JUMP INTO THE 50S. THE WINDS ARE LIGHT AT LEAST, BUT THAT’S ONE OF THE REASONS WHY THAT FOG HAS DEVELOPED. THERE’S JUST NO WIND TO MIX ALL THAT MOISTURE AROUND. WE ALSO HAVE HIGH PRESSURE IN PLACE THAT’S PUSHING ALL OF THAT MOISTURE TO THE GROUND. SO LET’S CHECK OUT WHERE THE FOG IS RIGHT NOW. REALLY HASN’T MOVED MUCH, MAINLY NORTH OF SACRAMENTO, ALONG I-80, THROUGH ROSEVILLE, LINCOLN, LAKE OF THE PINES. YOU’RE LOOKING AT A LITTLE FOG THIS MORNING. AND THIS FOG, YOU CAN FOLLOW IT DOWN THE FOOTHILLS TO SAN ANDREAS AND COPPEROPOLIS ARE WAKING UP TO A FOGGY MORNING AS WELL. OUT WEST WOODLAN ESPARTO ALSO A LITTLE BIT OF FOG. NOW ALL THIS FOG SHOULD BEGIN TO PULL BACK BY RIGHT BEFORE LUNCHTIME TODAY. AND THEN WE’RE LOOKING AT A COUPLE HOURS OF SUNSHINE BEFORE THAT FOG RETURNS THIS EVENING. SO KEEP THAT IN MIND IF YOU HAVE PLANS TO GO TO SOMEONE ELSE’S HOUSE FOR THANKSGIVING DINNER, YOU MIGHT BE DRIVING HOME IN A LITTLE BIT OF FOG, AND BY THEN TEMPERATURES WILL BE IN THE MID 40S. BUT UP UNTIL THEN, WE HAVE A GREAT SEVEN DAY FORECAST. TEMPERATURES HOVERING IN THE MID 50S. IN FACT, WE EVEN GOT LOW 60S ON TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY. BUT BY THE END OF YOUR SEVEN DAY AM LOOKING AT A LITTLE BREEZE. SO TODAY MIGHT BE CHILLY, BUT TEO AND DEIRDRE, AT LEAST THERE’S N
