Sushi Box in Clovis offers a customizable sushi experience

CLOVIS, Calif. (FOX26) — A new restaurant called Sushi Box will be opening in Clovis in December.

Sushi Box is introducing a fresh new take on how to enjoy sushi by allowing guests to custom-make their own box.

Guests can pick individually from a custom display case that is then made right in front of them.

The inspiration is to offer a fast, flexible, and high-quality experience without the wait associated with traditional rolls.

The restaurant will be open on December 5th, located at 1840 Herndon Ave, Suite 104, Clovis.
