Clouds and fog again this morning for the Valley and Foothills. While the Valley is expected to remain mostly cloudy throughout the day, the Foothills will see more sunshine in the afternoon and partly sunny skies are expected in the Sierra.We should start seeing more sunshine in the Valley tomorrow afternoon and temperatures are expected to warm, reaching the low 60s by Wednesday.Dry conditions are forecast for the workweek, but more active weather may arrive early next week.
