TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) – Road work continues along the Oakland Expressway in the northeast Topeka area.
According to the Kansas Department of Transportation, the exit from northbound K-4 highway to N.E. Seward Avenue will reopen to traffic on Thursday.
The N.E. Seward Avenue on-ramp to northbound K-4 will then close for approximately three to four weeks.

Motorists affected by the ramp closure can take a detour from N.E. Croco Road to S.E. US-40 highway-S.E. 6th Street, then east to northbound K-4.
The work will be done as conditions permit, KDOT says.
