Art Heist took downtown Bakersfield by storm on Nov. 7. Local artists presented their works of art inside of small businesses across the downtown area. The small businesses offered their space to the artists in interest of creating a space of artistry and community.
Art is an integral part of downtown with its many murals spread across the entire area.
