The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department asked people to be on the lookout Thursday for a missing 13-year-old boy.
Gian Carlo Basco was last seen about 6:45 a.m. Tuesday in the 5200 block of Premiere Avenue.
The teenager is described as Filipino, 5 feet 5 inches tall, 120 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He was wearing black pants and a black long-sleeved shirt when he went missing.
Anyone with information that could help reunite the boy with his worried family was urged to call the sheriff’s Lakewood Station at 562-623-3500.
