Spanish singer-songwriter and pop star Rosalía on Thursday announced a world tour supporting recently released album Lux. After passing through Europe and the U.K. in the spring, the tour arrives in North America in June, with the final date of that leg at Oakland Arena, on July 6.
From there, Rosalía moves on South America and back north to Mexico and Puerto Rico.
Tickets for all shows will go on sale on Thursday, Dec. 11 via her website. There will be a presale for American Express card holders for some shows in North America (including Oakland) starting on Tuesday, Dec. 9. VIP packages will be available via Live Nation’s website.
This publication praised Lux for its global, connected nature, numerous influences and daring arrangements and themes. Rosalía made it with the London Symphony Orchestra and contributors like Björk, Carminho, Estrella Morente, Silvia Pérez Cruz, Yahritza and Yves Tumor. The album gave the artist her highest-ever placement in the United States.
Rosalía last performed in the Bay Area in 2022, at Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in support of her previous hit album, Motomami.
