Delray Beach Vice Mayor and City Commissioner Rob Long won the Florida House District 90 special election on Tuesday.Long, a Democrat, defeated Republican candidate Maria Zack and no-party-affiliation candidate Karen Yeh.The latest: WPBF 25 News coverage on PoliticsAccording to the Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections database, unofficially, Long received 9,553 votes (63.17%), Zack was second with 5,424 votes (35.87%) and Yeh was third with 146 votes (0.97%).District 90 includes portions of Boynton Beach and Delray Beach, Ocean Ridge, Golf, and Gulf Stream.Long will replace Joe Casello, a Democrat from Boynton Beach, who died July 18 after suffering a heart attack.Long’s public-service career includes working for the Palm Beach Soil and Water Conservation District.The Florida Democratic Pary released the following statement after Tuesday’s election results:”Congratulations to Rob Long for winning the Florida House in District 90. PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. —
Delray Beach Vice Mayor and City Commissioner Rob Long won the Florida House District 90 special election on Tuesday.
Long, a Democrat, defeated Republican candidate Maria Zack and no-party-affiliation candidate Karen Yeh.

According to the Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections database, unofficially, Long received 9,553 votes (63.17%), Zack was second with 5,424 votes (35.87%) and Yeh was third with 146 votes (0.97%).
District 90 includes portions of Boynton Beach and Delray Beach, Ocean Ridge, Golf, and Gulf Stream.
