Car hits Anaheim High track students; 9 injured, DUI suspected, police say

A small sedan struck several students from a Southern California high school on Wednesday. Firefighters and police responded to Harbor and North in Anaheim.According to Sgt. Matt Sutter with the Anaheim Police Department, at around 2:55 p.m., a small sedan struck several students from the Anaheim High School track team.Sutter says that, as of now, nine patients are involved in the crash and they have unknown injuries. Three victims were taken to the hospital with injuries.The vehicle stopped after crashing into a home’s wall. The driver has been identified as a 27-year-old man. A small sedan struck several students from a Southern California high school on Wednesday. Firefighters and police responded to Harbor and North in Anaheim.
According to Sgt. Matt Sutter with the Anaheim Police Department, at around 2:55 p.m., a small sedan struck several students from the Anaheim High School track team.
Sutter says that, as of now, nine patients are involved in the crash and they have unknown injuries. Three victims were taken to the hospital with injuries.
The vehicle stopped after crashing into a home’s wall.
The driver has been identified as a 27-year-old man. The case is being investigated as a possible DUI.
