MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) – K-State women’s basketball couldn’t turn it’s big-time upset win from Sunday into a winning streak. The Wildcats fell to San Diego State, 64-53.
The game tipped off at 11 AM for the Wildcats’ 2nd-annual “Elementary Day.” Thousands of local elementary school students were in attendance on class field trips.
Taryn Sides scored 16 points in the loss and was the only Wildcat to score in double figures.
K-State drops to 6-6 and returns to action on the road on Dec. 14 against Creighton.
