FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — The 34th annual Silent Sleigh returns to Fresno, offering a magical experience for Deaf and Hard of Hearing children.
The event at the Fresno Air National Guard allows them to communicate with Deaf Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus in American Sign Language.

The event on Friday from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. is a collaborative effort between the Air National Guard, the Deaf community, and educational partners in the Valley.
Approximately 250 students from various schools, including those in Fresno, Madera, and Tulare Counties, will attend.
The event features a parade, pictures with Santa, goody bags, activity booths, and lunch, providing a unique opportunity for children to connect with peers and celebrate the holiday season.
The Air National Guard is located at 5323 E. McKinley Ave. in Fresno.
