CLOVIS, Calif. (KFSN) — A suspect is now in custody after a man was found dead in a Clovis parking lot early Thursday morning.
53-year-old Charles Gulley was identified as the suspect.
Investigators say Gulley and the victim, 64-year-old Robert Ramage, were both unhoused.
They say the two were involved in a fight in the area of Ashlan and Villa.
Ramage died at the scene, and his body was discovered just before 3:30 am Thursday.
Gulley has been booked into the Fresno County jail for manslaughter.
The investigation remains ongoing at this time.
