Union Square‘s popular Winter Walk returns to San Francisco from December 13th to 24th, 2025, for a 12-day celebration leading up to Christmas! The festivities take over two blocks of Stockton Street with great food trucks, a holiday marketplace, live music, and Santa visits. It’s all set up in a sprawling arctic landscape with specially-fabricated decorations, including giant polar bears and glaciers.
Winter Walk is presented by the Union Square Alliance, JPMorganChase, and more corporations and organizations.

This year’s festivities will include a rotating lineup of fantastic food trucks each day, including Momolicious, Respectable Bird, Mozzeria, Curry Up Now, Cochinita, and more. Guests can also pick up deliciously festive specialty cocktails to sip while they peruse the displays and activities.
A great lineup of live entertainment is scheduled on every day of the event during the full opening hours. From Mission High Mariachi kicking off festivities on the 13th, to a lively gospel showcase on the 21st, there’s plenty to look forward to every single day.
GAP Inc. presents a charming holiday marketplace this year where you can pick up last-minute gifts from a variety of vendors, and Santa will be on site for pictures on both weekends from 11am to 4pm.
