Families flock to Gaston Middle for festive fun and gifts at Santa Village celebration

FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — The Fresno Police Department hosted its 24th annual Santa Village event at Gaston Middle School on Saturday.

Over 5,000 guests attended the event despite the cold weather.

The event is a free community event where families have the opportunity to take pictures with Santa Claus and the Grinch.

Amazon donated gifts that were given away to kids aged from the ages of 13 and younger.

Kids could also write Santa Claus a letter.
