BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community’s help in identifying a man accused of stealing copper wire from an air conditioning unit.
Police said on October 23, 2025, the man allegedly took out copper wire from an air conditioning unit at a business in the 2100 block of Chester Avenue.
The suspect is described as a man, about 20 to 30 years old, with black hair. He was wearing a black shirt, gray cargo shorts, and white shoes.
