The Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office is cracking down on shoplifting this week, with more than two dozen arrests made at Target stores across the county on Monday alone.Similar operations will be happening all week. On Monday, deputies arrested 25 people, between 18 and 59 years old.Four of them face felony charges under Proposition 36, meaning they had two or more prior theft convictions.The sheriff’s office shared a video on social media showing those arrested with a Christmas song playing in the background.
