DOS PALOS, Calif. (KFSN) — Dos Palos Police officers were called to conduct a welfare check at approximately 2:15 p.m. on Tuesday at a home near Santos Street, east of Elgin Avenue.
Officers found an unresponsive man.
The man’s age was not provided, and police described him as elderly.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene with visible injuries on his body.
No one else was in the home.
Dos Palos Police Chief Dayton Snyder told Action News that there is no threat to the public.
Officials are investigating the man’s death as a homicide.
No suspect information is available.
