Sacramento fire crews are at the scene of a possible underground homeless encampment that has partially collapsed.Crews are at Bercut Drive and Summit Tunnel Avenue east of Interstate 5 and north of Railyards Boulevard, the Sacramento Fire Department said.It is unknown if anyone was in the encampment at the time of the collapse, the fire department said.This is a developing story. Sacramento fire crews are at the scene of a possible underground homeless encampment that has partially collapsed.
Crews are at Bercut Drive and Summit Tunnel Avenue east of Interstate 5 and north of Railyards Boulevard, the Sacramento Fire Department said.
