(FOX40.COM) — The Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest of 17 more people during their ongoing retail theft operation.

Day three of the operation took place at Town and Country Village at Sprouts, Five Below, TJ Maxx, Ross and the Target on Fulton.
SCSO said 17 people were arrested, including four felony Proposition 36–qualified arrests.
Those arrested include:
Tabojia Washington, 33 (Prop 36)
Kimberly Heers-Sailsbery, 23
Anthony Bawolski, 35 (Prop 36)
Jesse Haney, 32 (Prop 36)

According to SCSO, 25 people were arrested on day one of the operation, while eight people were arrested on day two.
Proposition 36 allows felony charges to be filed when the theft involves property valued at $950 or less and the offender has two or more prior theft convictions.
