FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — The community gathered at the Poverllo House to hold a vigil for National Homeless Persons’ Memorial Day.
The day is to remember those who have passed during the year while unhoused, unsheltered, living in shelters, transitional housing, other uninhabitable places and spaces, and without a place to call home.
A eulogy was given for those who have lost their lives due to homelessness in Fresno.
