Franco Harris of the Pittsburgh Steelers scored a game-winning 42-yard touchdown off a deflected pass in what is known as the “Immaculate Reception”.
The Pittsburgh crowd at Three Rivers Stadium went nuts as the Steelers beat John Madden’s Oakland Raiders by a score of 13-7 in the AFC Divisional Playoff matchup.
The play is considered to be one of the greatest in NFL history.
