It’s a Saturday night showdown in Lambeau.
Week 17 is on deck and teams are either jostling for playoff positioning or moving up and down the draft board. Saturday will feature two games, beginning with the Houston Texans at the Los Angeles Chargers.
To close, the Baltimore Ravens will be at the Green Bay Packers as both teams are still in the playoff mix in their respective conferences.
Baltimore, 7-8, is on the outside looking in as things stand, with just a 9% chance to clinch a spot. Its best bet is to hope the 9-6 Pittsburgh Steelers falter as the two teams will meet in Week 18. But the outlook isn’t so positive as Lamar Jackson is a doubt to play with a new back injury sustained in a Sunday Night Football home loss to the New England Patriots last time out. Tyler Huntley is QB2.
Green Bay has it slightly easier, as it is currently the NFC’s No. 7 seed at 9-5-1. The Packers have a 93% chance to clinch a spot, with a Week 18 road match against the already-eliminated Minnesota Vikings next. The 8-7 Detroit Lions likely won’t be able to catch up to Jordan Love and Co., though Micah Parsons has a torn ACL on the defensive side for Green Bay. Love must pass concussion protocol, though, with Malik Willis the backup.
