BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — The California Highway Patrol is investigating a possible hit-and-run incident that occurred just before 5 a.m. on the off-ramp of East Highway 178 at Oswell Street.
According to reports, the lanes are not blocked, but there may have been injuries.
