BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — Bakersfield Police are investigating a deadly shooting that happened on Christmas night.
Police say they responded to a home on Blade Ave near Bakersfield College around 10 p.m. on December 25 for reports of a shooting.
when they arrived, they found a man and woman who had both been shot.
Both died from their injuries.
The Bakersfield Police Department Homicide Unit assumed the investigation.
The Kern County Coroner’s Office will release the names of the victims.
