BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community’s help in identifying a man allegedly involved in a lewd conduct and indecent exposure investigation near 24th Street and Oak Street.

Police said the incident happened on Sunday, December 21, 2025, near the 2500 block of Olive Street.

The suspect is described as a man, wearing a hooded sweatshirt with the hood over his head, shorts, sweatpants, and two-toned shoes.

He has a dark-colored mustache and beard and appears to have several tattoos on his upper chest and neck. He was carrying a backpack.

The suspect was also smoking a cigarette.
