BAKERSFIELD, Calif.(KBAK/KBFX) — Two lucky players struck jackpots totaling over $226,000 within a day of each other at the Hard Rock Casino Tejon over the holiday weekend, said the casino.
A Los Angeles resident struck a jackpot on Saturday at 1:27 a.m. They walked away with $102,364.
On Sunday, a Bakersfield resident struck the second jackpot at 3:15 a.m., totaling $124,246.
Hard Rock Casino Tejon opened in November, awarding more than $35 million in jackpots and creating over 1,110 jobs. Around 80% of employees reside in Kern County.
In the first ten days, players took home $10 million in jackpots.
