FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) — What started as a so-called “coffee rave” has evolved into a gathering centered around wellness and good vibes.
“Grand Rising” is for families, those on their sober journey, and anyone else looking for a daytime dance scene in northeast Fresno.
We spoke with a promoter of the event about its inclusivity.
