Emeka Ogponna emphasized the importance of learning from the past, saying, “Do the things better that you didn’t do last year. And that’s pretty much the way to look at it. It’s a new chapter of your life.”
Emeka and Rachelle Ogponna, parents of five, are focusing on a healthier lifestyle, not just for themselves but for their children.
“We spend so much time, you know, chasing wealth. But really, you would have noticed about health. You know, you get your health, whatever, you know, that leads to longevity,” they said.

Inaugural Wellness Week is to bring diverse wellness offerings to establish healthy fall and winter routines.
Joshua Hernandez is balancing fitness, family trips, and finishing his education, with aspirations to become a teacher and possibly coach football.
Rosy Vidrio’s resolution centers on faith and hope, wishing for peace and joy for all.
For those still contemplating their resolutions, Hernandez advised, “Don’t really focus hyperfocus on the actual goals itself. Just really, just walking your everyday life, stay, stay focused on what you’re doing, and just your goals will find you.”
