“This moment was built over years — early mornings, long rehearsals, and a whole lot of commitment from students, directors, families, and supporters,” a Facebook post said. “Today, we get to experience a once in a lifetime moment. Marching in the 2026 Rose Parade.”
The band was able to make the trip happen after fundraising for a year. The money covered flights so that all 222 students could attend.
The band first performed in the parade during its 1995-1996 season, according to a social media post.
