FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — Two California men were arrested for possession of cocaine during a traffic stop in Indiana on Saturday.

An Indiana State Police trooper pulled their big rig over on Interstate 70 for a routine DOT compliance inspection.

During the stop, the trooper’s K-9 gave a positive alert, leading to a probable cause search.

The search revealed 309 pounds of cocaine in the sleeper berth of the truck.

25-year-old Gurpreet Singh of Fresno was taken into custody along with 30-year-old Jasveer Singh of Santa Clara.

They face charges of dealing narcotics, a Level 2 Felony, and ICE deportation holds have been placed on them.
