Alejandra Zamittle, one of the bakery’s owners, says Three Kings Day is a very special day in her culture, and she is happy to serve her community.

“The very first thing is, we do really appreciate our customers. We of course have our usual pastries you see any day, as well as some special for the holidays,” said Zamittle, translated from Spanish. “One thing we do a lot is if a customer sees a pastry we don’t have but they really want, they can show us a photo, and we’ll be more than happy to help make it for them.”

Pastries for Three Kings Day are usually made in an oval shape and have a sweet taste, with fruit inside.
