October 18, 2025 – Fresno Police Department officials report 75-year-old Leland Hubbard was last seen on October 12, 2025, at approximately 2:00 p.m. in the area of Barstow Avenue and Brawley Avenue. Hubbard’s intended destination is unknown.
Hubbard is 5’9” and weighs 175 pounds. Hubbard was last seen wearing a black jacket, gray shirt, gray sweatpants, and black crocs.
