There was the sound of a train’s horn that seemed to go on way too long in the wee hours.Union Pacific confirmed that the horn on one of its trains was stuck overnight as it passed through the Sacramento area.Residents in East Sacramento, Foothill Farms, Citrus Heights and even Roseville reported hearing the sound of an unceasing train horn from around 2 to 3 a.m.“The issue has since been resolved.
