Firefighters knocked down a fire in a Highland Park in 35 minutes Sunday evening.
Three dozen firefighters responded to reports of moderate smoke emerging from a one-story house at 5004 East Lincoln Ave. around 8:30 p.m. and extinguished the blaze with no reported injuries, according to the Los Angeles City Fire Department.
The cause of the fire was not immediately known.
