East L.A.—Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Detail detectives asked for the public’s help Tuesday to locate an at-risk 35-year-old man last seen in East Los Angeles and who authorities said has medical and mental conditions.

Joseph Guinta IV was last seen on Monday at 3:30 p.m. on the 1200 block of Van Pelt Avenue, near Eastern Avenue, the Sheriff’s Information Bureau said.

Guinta is white, 5 feet, 7 inches tall, weighs 165 pounds, has black curly hair and brown eyes with scabs on his forehead. He was last seen wearing a black shirt and black pants.
