Sacramento police say two people were shot Tuesday night on Evergreen Street.

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Two people were shot in north Sacramento on Tuesday night, according to the Sacramento Police Department. 

Police said the shooting happened before 8:45 p.m. in the 2200 block of Evergreen Street. 

Injuries of the victims are unclear.
