STANFORD, Calif.—Lotte Schuhr shot the best Spartan round this weekend on Sunday to help the San José State women’s golf team finish 17th at the Stanford Intercollegiate presented by Dr. Condoleezza Rice at the Stanford Golf Course.
Schuhr shot an even-par 71 on Sunday, a 10-shot improvement from Saturday’s round. She started the day with a birdie on #18 and made two other birdies during the round. Schuhr finished the tournament tied for 83rd at 14-over 227.
Regina Roldan was the team’s top finisher at the tournament, tying for 60th at 8-over 221. She shot a 2-over 73 on Sunday, finishing her round by making 10 consecutive pars.
Moa Andersson also shot a 73 in the final round to tie for 65th at 9-over 222.
Ting-Yu Chang shot a 4-over 75 and finished 71st at 10-over 223.
Kleopatra Kozakiewicz had her best round with a 2-over 73 and tied for 83rd at 14-over 227. She made three birdies and 11 pars in the round.Â
