An Anaheim resident is facing a federal charge for alleged threats ahead of Vice President JD Vance’s visit to Disneyland last year. Vance and the second family visited the Disneyland Resort on July 12th, 2025. Marco Antonio Aguayo is accused of writing threatening comments on Disney’s Instagram page on that day. He allegedly threatened “bloodshed” and claimed he planted pipe bombs at Disneyland ahead of the visit. Prosecutors say Aguayo denied writing the comments when he was confronted by the Secret Service, then later admitted to it.
