SAN ANTONIO – Two suspects are at large after allegedly robbing a man at gunpoint after he picked up an unknown woman nearby.
Around 2:25 a.m. on Saturday, police were called to the scene of a reported armed robbery near the corner of East Houston and East Commerce Street, on the East Side.
According to investigators, the victim told police that he had picked up an ‘unknown woman’ from a nearby location, who then asked him to pull into a nearby gas station.
When the victim parked his vehicle, two unknown males exited a nearby vehicle and robbed the victim at gunpoint, physically assaulting him for his property.
The suspects fled the scene before police arrived. The victim faced non-life-threatening injuries. This is a developing story.
