NATT PUAPORNPONG, NCIDQ, joins AC Martin as the Interior Design Principal. Natt brings nearly 20 years of leadership experience in interior design solutions for education, workplace, mixed-use, and multifamily projects. She provides creative, client-centered solutions that balance aesthetic vision with business objectives. Natt holds a Master of Fine Arts from the Academy of Art University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Mahidol University International.

Leisner

Steffen Leisner, RA, CASp, LEED AP, joins the firm as an Associate Principal with over 25 years of experience designing innovative and impactful learning environments, including extensive work with community colleges and K-12 schools. Steffen is a leader in shaping sustainable, future-ready campuses that inspire learning at all levels. He holds a Master of Architecture from SCI-Arc and a Bachelor of Architecture from Stuttgart University of Applied Sciences, School of Engineering.

Wister

MATT WISTER joins AC Martin as an Associate Principal with over 24 years of diversified architectural experience, including housing for transitional age youth, multi-family, and adaptive-reuse projects. He excels at balancing broad strategic initiatives with project leadership and team mentorship. Matt holds a Bachelor of Architecture from CalPoly Pomona.

AC Martin also welcomes the following Senior Associates whose diverse expertise further strengthens the firm’s design and delivery capabilities: Lily Chung, Designer III; Sean Davis, Senior Designer; and Tom Miera, Senior Project Architect.
