CA Lotto scratcher sold in south Bakersfield wins $1M

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — One lucky scratcher player won $1 million on a California Game Day Scratcher sold out of a south Bakersfield Samco, according to lottery officials.

The lucky scratcher, Ankien Ngo, purchased the Los Angeles Rams scratcher ticket from the Samco on Hughes Lane near Highway 99 in south Bakersfield.

Officials said there were four other California Game Day Scratcher winners throughout the state to win $1 million.
