Hundreds of custom lowriders from all over the country were on display at the Long Beach Lowrider Super Show on Saturday, Jan. 17.
Just as many people attended the annual event at the Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center, which was hosted by Lowrider Long Beach — and celebrated lowrider culture, music and community, organizers said.
Lowrider car owners showed off their impressive builds and participated in hop contests – keeping the West Coast car scene alive and thriving. There were also musical performances by Lil Rob, J.Me and Los Alumnos de California, among others, creating the soundtrack for the all-day event.
The Long Beach Lowrider Super Show also had an indoor car show packed with polished classics, custom paint jobs, and detailed work that showed off lowrider craftsmanship.
