BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — At least one person and a dog died after a crash on Oswell Street Tuesday night.
The CHP’s website said it happened on Tuesday, January20, 2026, at around 5:46 p.m., there was a report of a crash between a vehicle and a pedestrian in the 900 block of Oswell Street.
The website said the coroner’s office was called.
The website also said animal control was called for a deceased dog.
