With their 41-6 loss to the Seattle Seahawks on Saturday after Lumen Field, the San Francisco 49ers‘ 2025 campaign has officially come to an end.

Throughout the regular season, Kyle Shanahan’s squad overcame injuries to several key players and put together a 12-5 record which was good enough for the third spot in the division and the sixth seed in the NFC playoff bracket.

While they didn’t make it out of the divisional round, there are still plenty of positive things to take away from the year.

As we continue to review this season, let’s take a look at the Pro Football Focus grades to see who they believe were the best and worst 49ers on the field this year.
