The second year head coach was asked if this Sharks team has a different feel about getting out of a winless hole to start the season. Wasofsky said he believes they do, but let his emotions get the better of himself as he continued to answer.
The Sharks head coach said that he would “give up one of his children for a f****ng win.”

While it is known that Warsofsky was joking during his original comments, the Sharks coach didn’t want to risk it. Since being hired as the head coach in 2024, Warsofsky has always won his emotions on his sleeve.
Before the game against the Penguins, Warsofsky used another explitive and was determined to get a better effort from his team. While the result wasn’t a win, the Sharks took a step forward in regards to their work ethic.
