A pedestrian was killed in a hit-and-run crash in San Jose on Sunday, police said.
The man was struck by a car in the area of Borello Drive and South Bascom Avenue, police said in an 8:15 p.m. post on X.
The man was taken to a hospital, where he died, police said. No further details about the crash were immediately available.
Police said street closures were in place and asked the public to avoid the area and use alternate routes.
