BAKERSFIELD, Calif.(KBAK/KBFX) — Update: As of 5:26 a.m., the PG&E outage website reports power has been restored.
A massive power outage in South Bakersfield is impacting 3,508 customers on Tuesday morning.
The PG&E outage map shows that it was reported at 3:29 a.m. in the Stone Meadows and Pumplin Center areas.
