BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — Our Kern County Animal Services Pet of the Week, Luke, is an energetic terrier mix and is around 1.5 years old.
His adoption fees have been waived due to the length of time he has been at the shelter.
Kern County Animal Services will also have $10 adoption fees through the end of January.
