SacRT is offering free bus, light rail, and paratransit rides on Tuesday as part of Customer Appreciation Month, plus giveaways and rider events all month.
SACRAMENTO, Calif. — SacRT is thanking its riders with a full day of free service on Tuesday as part of its month-long Customer Appreciation Month celebration.
All SacRT buses, light rail trains, and SacRT GO paratransit services will be free for the entire day, no tickets, passes, or flyers required. (SacRT Flex contracted services are not included.)
Throughout October, SacRT has been celebrating its customers with a variety of events, including pop-up appreciation stations, special giveaways, and opportunities for riders to connect directly with SacRT leadership.
General Manager and CEO Henry Li will also be participating in scheduled ride-alongs to hear feedback and stories firsthand from passengers.
“Customer Appreciation Month is all about giving back to the riders who make SacRT possible,” Li said. “We’re excited to offer free rides and celebrate with the community throughout October.”
